Recommend it for solo adventures
The food was fantastic, I got a steak on the stone and it was the real deal, just had a little trouble with it sticking but it added a challenge I guess. The staff were real friendly was good, like they were looking out for me, especially when I misordered breakfast but they got it sorted out quickly.
It wasn't exactly cheap but definitely reasonable for what you get.

We got earplugs from the front desk. Room was nice and very spacious, but only small window in small light well.
Hell noise from disco until 2:30

Beautiful hotel with very delicious breakfast (!) and own parking place. Relatively large with a nice bar, cafe and a very good (but somewhat expensive) restaurant (and spa - not tested). Location ideal for the sights of the surrounding area. Very nice and uncomplicated reception. Seems to be specialized in local bigger celebrations (weddings etc.) as well.
Room and bed cover a little dusty, only overhead shower, but all in all we felt very comfortable.

A commendable fit for a brief pit stop in Kells (Meath) with attractive and competitive value for money. The bathroom in my room was surprisingly spacious, with a bit of extra comfort after a long day. Bring your own milk if you're thinking of ordering room service for breakfast.

The restaurant was excellent with excellent food and nice atmosphere, I tried amazing dishes. The location of the hotel was marvellous - not very far from St Columba. Had cool drinks in the main bar in the evening. I was there for the weekend and had a relaxing stay, so I will be back.

A Perfect Getaway with Good Surprises
We enjoyed a relaxing night in a beautiful double room. The warm, friendly service during lunch and dinner. I highly recommend asking about gluten-free options. They cater excellently to dietary needs! Make sure to check if breakfast is included to avoid missing out!

The staff were friendly; nothing was too much trouble. I had had a disaster on the day of arrival - I had had my bag stolen. I arrived without funds, cards, i.d. or anything. Nothing was too much trouble and they organised food for us.

The room was very modern.
Yes, let alone Kells is not a good town to go out in. The manager in the cafe was not very helpful and it was off putting. It doesn't take much to have manners to people that are spending there money in the hotel.
